5. When can I move in and set up my booth?

Move-in times are usually announced closer to the event. For example, for the January show, move-in often begins on the Tuesday and Wednesday before the show opens, with specific hours for “Personally Owned Vehicles” (POV) and general setup. Expect detailed instructions closer to the September 2025 date.
