• Perimeter Exhibit Spaces: Maximum height is 12 feet. Hanging signs are not permitted. Back walls and visible side walls must be finished. Tents are only allowed in perimeter spaces.
• Mini Island Exhibit Spaces: Maximum height is 12 feet. Must be accessible from all 4 sides. Hanging signs are allowed (max 20 feet high). Back walls and visible side walls must be finished. Multi-story mini islands are not permitted.
• Island Exhibit Spaces: Maximum height is 18 feet (including hanging sign, unless a sponsor). Must be accessible from all 4 sides. Hanging signs are allowed. Stand drawings must be submitted in advance for approval.
• Multi-Story Exhibit Spaces: Maximum height is 20 feet (including hanging sign, unless a sponsor). Requires prior approval from the facility, fire marshal, and show management. Stamped engineer drawings are required.
• General Requirements: All exhibitors must provide flooring for their entire booth space. Balloons are not permitted. Machinery and large products must be set back a minimum of 12 inches from aisles for safety.
