Registration for KBIS 2026 is currently closed. You can fill out a form on the KBIS website to receive email updates when registration opens.

4. What documents or info do I need to prepare?

5. When can I move in and set up my booth?

While the full schedule for KBIS 2026 move-in and set-up is not yet released, typically exhibitors can begin dismantling their displays immediately after the show closes (5:00 PM on Thursday, February 19, 2026). Move-in and set-up dates would precede the show dates. All exhibits must be fully installed by 5:00 PM on Monday, February 264 (this date might be a typo for 2026). Check the official KBIS schedule when it becomes available.

6. What are the booth design regulations at KBIS Orlando?

Key regulations include:

  • 10’x10′ Inline or Corner Booths: Decorations and items must fit within the assigned space. Back walls, including decorations, may not exceed 8 feet high. Side walls can be 8 feet high for the first 5 feet from the back wall, then must not exceed 4 feet.
  • Island Booths: Detailed plans must be submitted for approval, including booth orientation.
  • Ceiling-Hung Banners: Only allowed in booths 20×20 or larger with pre-approval and must be hung by the show decorator. They should be set back 10 feet from adjacent booths and directly over contracted space.
  • Multi-story or Enclosed Booths: Detailed plans require submission to the SCA Exhibitor Services Manager at least two months prior to move-in, and may need fire marshal permits.
  • Accessibility: Booths must comply with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) regulations.
  • Noise/Odors: No overpowering or obnoxious noises or odors are permitted.
7. How do I design a booth that stands out at KBIS Orlando?

To stand out, focus on:

  • Clear Layout: Guide visitors intuitively.
  • Visual Appeal: Use high-quality graphics and effective lighting.
  • Interactive Elements: Incorporate demos or hands-on experiences.
  • Knowledgeable Staff: Ensure your team is well-trained and enthusiastic.
  • Strong Brand Identity: Tailor your booth to reflect your unique image.
  • Optimal Space Use: Maximize your exhibit space for specific needs.
  • Unique Features: Integrated technology and distinctive elements can draw more visitors.
  • Embrace Trends: Current trends seen at KBIS include warm, mixed materials, dramatic color saturation, personalized spaces, AI-powered innovations, accessibility enhancements, leveled-up engineered materials, weather-resilient solutions, fluted/ribbed surfaces, and black and gold palettes.
8. What booth sizes are most effective at KBIS Orlando ?

KBIS features a wide range of booth sizes, from 10’x10′ inline booths to very large custom spaces (e.g., Kohler’s 15,000 sq ft booth). “Effective” depends on your goals and budget.

  • KBIS has awarded “Best Booth” in categories like “Small Booth” (800 sq ft and under), “Medium Booth” (801-3,000 sq ft), and “Large Booth” (3,001 sq ft and above), suggesting that success can be achieved across various sizes.
  • The overall show covered approximately 500,000 square feet with nearly 700 exhibitors, showcasing that diverse booth sizes are present and can be impactful.
9. Can you help with custom booth design for KBIS Orlando?
Yes. Our in-house team handles creative concepts, technical drawings, and final 3D renders. We align the design with your product, target audience, and KBIS guidelines. Every detail—from materials to lighting—is tailored to deliver impact.
10. How long does booth construction take?
Custom booth production usually takes 1–2 weeks, plus time for design approval. We recommend starting early to allow time for revisions, permits, and logistics.
11. What materials are best for building a KBIS Orlando booth?
We use aluminum systems, tension fabric, laminated wood, acrylics, and LED panels. These are light, strong, and fire-rated. They also allow quick setup and clean finishes. All materials follow venue safety codes.
12. Can you handle installation and dismantling?
Yes. We manage all labor orders and scheduling. Our union-certified team sets up everything—from structure to lighting—on-site and on time. After the event, we dismantle and pack up efficiently. You don’t lift a finger.
13. How can I make my booth more engaging?
Use motion or interaction to draw attention. Try:
  • LED video displays
  • Touchscreen demos
  • Product tryouts or VR
  • Branded giveaways
  • Open lounge-style layouts
We help integrate engagement without overloading the space.
14. Do you offer booth storage after KBIS Orlando?
Yes. We store booths in our Las Vegas warehouse. After the show, we inspect, repack, and store your structure and graphics safely. This saves cost on rebuilds and keeps your assets ready for the next event.
15. Can I reuse my KBIS Orlando booth?
Definitely. We build modular structures that can be adapted and reused at other shows. You can change graphics, resize elements, or upgrade tech without starting from scratch.
16. What’s the difference between rental and custom booths?
Custom booths are designed from scratch and offer full creative freedom. Rentals are quicker and budget-friendly—ideal for first-time or limited-budget exhibitors. We offer both, and help you choose based on your needs.
17. What should I bring to the show?
Bring:
  • Brochures or flyers
  • Business cards
  • Chargers, cables, adapters
  • Lead scanners or forms
  • Branded items (giveaways)
We give you a full checklist so nothing is missed.
18. How many staff do I need in the booth?
We recommend 2–3 people per shift. One person greets, one presents, one captures leads. Rotate regularly to avoid fatigue. We design booths to support team movement and comfortable conversations.
19. How should I follow up after the show?
Follow up fast—within 3–5 days. Thank visitors, attach brochures, and mention your booth. We help set up digital lead capture so you can export and contact everyone smoothly.
20. I'm new to KBIS Orlando . Can someone help guide me?
Yes. You’ll get a dedicated project manager who supports you before, during, and after the show. We handle design, build, transport, union rules, and emergencies—so you can focus on your business.
