Surf Expo is held twice a year. The next event in 2026 will be from January 7–9 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. There will be also a September 2026 event.

Start planning well in advance, ideally as soon as exhibitor registration opens. This allows ample time for booth design, content preparation, and marketing.

The process typically involves accessing the “Exhibitor Console” on the Surf Expo website, where you’ll complete your online exhibitor listing and register for exhibitor badges.

You’ll generally need company details, contact information, payment for booth fees, sales tax registration info, and potentially permits for specific activities. For badge registration, a unique email address is required for each person.

Move-in times are usually announced closer to the event. For example, for the January show, move-in often begins on the Tuesday and Wednesday before the show opens, with specific hours for “Personally Owned Vehicles” (POV) and general setup. Expect detailed instructions closer to the September 2025 date.

Regulations vary by booth type:

• Linear/Inline Booths: Maximum height of 8ft (2.44m) for all elements.
• Peninsula/Split Island Booths: Maximum height of 20ft (6.10m); double-sided signs higher than 8ft must be set back from adjacent booths.
• Island Booths: Maximum height of 20ft (6.10m).
• Insegne sospese: Maximum height of 25ft (7.62m) from the floor, with a minimum 5ft empty space between the structure and the hanging sign.
• All display materials must be within your contracted booth space.
• Outdoor booths have specific rules regarding flooring, product placement, and large tents requiring permits.
