You can also register for Expo Hall passes. Keep an eye on their website for when general attendee and exhibitor registration officially opens, but given the current date, it’s highly likely that exhibitor contracts are already available.

For exhibitors, you’ll likely need:

• Company information (name, address, website, social media).
• Contact person details.
• Description of your company and products/services.
• Payment information for booth space and services.
• Details if you plan to serve food/beverage (requires approval and likely from the venue’s exclusive caterer).
• Information if you plan to display a vehicle or trailer (requires a Vehicle Spotting Form).
• Proof of comprehensive general liability insurance with limits not less than $1,000,000, naming FHBA as an “additional insured.”

• Advanced Move-In for 10’x20′ booths or larger, and BEX participants: Tuesday, July 14, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• General Exhibitor Move-In: Wednesday, July 15, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Move-Out: Friday, July 17, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (No dismantling before 4:00 p.m. on Friday).

SEBC follows IAEE Guidelines for display rules and regulations. Key points include:

• All materials used in construction and decoration must be flame retardant.
• No paper, pine boughs, leafy decorations, tree branches, or other combustible materials are allowed.
• Floor covering is required for all exhibit spaces.
• No signs, display items, or decorative material may protrude into aisles or extend into neighboring booths.
• Aisles and exits must remain unobstructed.
• Nothing can be posted, tacked, nailed, or screwed to columns, walls, floors, or other elements of the exhibit hall.
• No paint, lacquer, adhesives, tapes, or other coatings on building elements or standard booth equipment.
• Sales presentations and product demonstrations must be contained within your contracted exhibit space.
• Sound and noise should not exceed 85 decibels.
• Remote-controlled vehicles (cars, drones, etc.) and helium balloons are generally not permitted.

To design a stand-out booth, consider:

• 10’x10′: Most common, ideal for small businesses or first-time exhibitors.
• 10’x20′: Suitable for medium-sized businesses, offering more space for displays and interaction.
• 20’x20′ and larger: Designed for large businesses with significant exhibit needs, allowing for elaborate displays and multiple engagement areas.
