KBIS Orlando 2026 will be held from February 17-19,  2026, at the Orange County Convention Center a Orlando, in Florida.

While specific dates aren’t given for all planning stages, registration for KBIS 2026 is not yet open but is expected to open in September 2025. It’s always best to start planning your participation, especially booth design and strategy, well in advance of the registration opening to maximize your success.

Registration for KBIS 2026 is currently closed. You can fill out a form on the KBIS website to receive email updates when registration opens.

For exhibiting, you’ll need company information for your Show Directory listing. If you’re an international exhibitor, you may need to request an invitation letter for a visa during the registration process, once your exhibit space is paid in full.

While the full schedule for KBIS 2026 move-in and set-up is not yet released, typically exhibitors can begin dismantling their displays immediately after the show closes (5:00 PM on Thursday, February 19, 2026). Move-in and set-up dates would precede the show dates. All exhibits must be fully installed by 5:00 PM on Monday, February 264 (this date might be a typo for 2026). Check the official KBIS schedule when it becomes available.

• 10’x10′ Inline or Corner Booths: Decorations and items must fit within the assigned space. Back walls, including decorations, may not exceed 8 feet high. Side walls can be 8 feet high for the first 5 feet from the back wall, then must not exceed 4 feet.

• Ceiling-Hung Banners: Only allowed in booths 20×20 or larger with pre-approval and must be hung by the show decorator. They should be set back 10 feet from adjacent booths and directly over contracted space.
• Multi-story or Enclosed Booths: Detailed plans require submission to the SCA Exhibitor Services Manager at least two months prior to move-in, and may need fire marshal permits.

• Noise/Odors: No overpowering or obnoxious noises or odors are permitted.

KBIS features a wide range of booth sizes, from 10’x10′ inline booths to very large custom spaces (e.g., Kohler’s 15,000 sq ft booth). “Effective” depends on your goals and budget.

• KBIS has awarded “Best Booth” in categories like “Small Booth” (800 sq ft and under), “Medium Booth” (801-3,000 sq ft), and “Large Booth” (3,001 sq ft and above), suggesting that success can be achieved across various sizes.
• The overall show covered approximately 500,000 square feet with nearly 700 exhibitors, showcasing that diverse booth sizes are present and can be impactful.
