The International Builders’ Show (IBS) 2026 will be held from February 17-19, 2026, in Orlando, Florida, at the Orange County Convention Center.

  • Island booths (400 sq. ft. or greater): More flexibility, including the ability to hang signs from the ceiling (with specific height and offset requirements).
• Finished appearance: Any portion of a back wall exceeding 8 feet or a side wall exceeding 3 feet must have a finished appearance on both sides. No company name, logo, or advertising is permitted on the backside of walls facing neighboring booths.
• Floor covering: Required in all exhibits.
• Sound and lighting: Must be kept within the booth confines and at a conversational level (not exceeding 80dB). Spinning, rotating, or pulsating lights should not interfere with neighbors.
• Aisles: No exhibit materials or equipment are permitted in aisles without express written permission.

• Strategic Design: Work with a professional exhibit designer to create a custom display that aligns with your brand and objectives. Consider incorporating interactive elements, product demonstrations, and unique visual aspects.
• Engagement: Plan activities, contests, or entertainment to draw visitors in.
• Personale: Have well-trained, engaging staff who can effectively communicate your message and qualify leads.
• Pre-show Marketing: Promote your attendance on social media, email lists, and other channels. Announce any special events or presentations at your booth.

The “most effective” size depends on your goals, budget, and the products/services you are showcasing. Larger booths generally offer more flexibility for creative designs and attracting higher foot traffic.
