SD Herbs 10×20' Booth at SupplySide West 2025 | Aplus Expo

The Confidence Behind SD Herbs 10×20′ Booth

In late August 2025, roughly six weeks before SupplySide West 2025 opened at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, SD Herbs approached Aplus Expo about a 10×20 ft booth. SD Herbs (Shree Divyanand Herbals) manufactures and exports standardized herbal extracts, with its production and R&D operations located in central India.

SupplySide West’s 2025 Expo Hall was scheduled for October 29–30, making the project relatively tight from the beginning. SD Herbs needed a booth that could present a large product range, communicate its manufacturing capabilities, and accommodate both quick introductions and longer business conversations.

Design Development

The first five days were more about figuring out how the space should work.

SD Herbs had a lot of information to communicate: leading herbal products, extraction capabilities, certifications, R&D, and its positioning as a standardized-extract manufacturer. At the same time, the company wanted the booth to feel welcoming rather than overly technical.

The Aplus project manager therefore worked through the details with the client almost every day—which information belonged on the main wall, how much space should be reserved for meetings, and how to keep the front of the booth open enough to invite people in.

The first 3D concept was developed within 48 hours. The final design used a clean white structure with softly rounded edges, giving the 10×20 space a lighter and more approachable appearance. Green became the dominant brand color, supported by deep navy accents that matched the SD Herbs identity.

The rear wall became the main storytelling area. A large botanical image was combined with the SD Herbs logo and the message “Partnering the World with Standardized Extracts.” On the left, a dedicated product wall presented individual herbs in a grid layout. This made the product range easy to scan without filling the booth with physical samples.

The team also discussed the choice between heavier wood construction and lighter painted panels. Because the booth already carried a large amount of information, white painted surfaces were chosen for most of the structure. This kept the space bright and allowed the green botanical graphics to become the visual focus.

Lighting was integrated into the upper structure and graphic areas to make the main messaging readable from the aisle. The curved framing around the left display wall softened the otherwise straight geometry and gave the booth a more finished, custom-built appearance.

Production & Factory Pre-Build

Because the project started relatively late, production began immediately after the design was approved. The complete booth was then fully pre-assembled at the Aplus factory.

For this 10×20 booth, the full factory build took approximately 5.5 hours. The team assembled the main structure, curved display wall, reception counter, product panels, lighting, furniture, and graphics as they would appear on the show floor.

This was more than a final visual check. The team used the factory build to confirm that the large rear graphic aligned correctly with the structure, that the product wall remained readable from the aisle, and that the meeting areas did not interfere with visitor flow.

There was one small issue during the final installation. The venue’s actual power location did not line up exactly with the position shown on the original floor plan. Rather than leaving cables exposed across the visitor path, the Aplus team adjusted the cable routing and worked around the reception structure, keeping the power connection accessible while maintaining a clean front-of-booth appearance.

The booth was completed before the show opened, giving SD Herbs time to arrange its materials and prepare for two days of meetings.

After the exhibition, SD Herbs was satisfied with both the final booth and the overall experience. The team particularly appreciated that the finished booth matched the approved design closely, while the open layout made it easy to welcome visitors and move naturally between product discussions and meetings.
