In mid-January 2025, a little over two months before ISC West opened in Las Vegas, CarePoint<\/strong>, headquartered in Greenwood Village, Colorado, began working with Aplus Expo on its booth for the show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CarePoint is a 100% physician-owned and physician-led multispecialty medical group<\/strong>. The project was for ISC West at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For CarePoint, the booth was more than a place to put a logo. The 20\u2032 \u00d7 20\u2032 space<\/strong> needed to introduce the brand, communicate detailed information, welcome visitors, and provide comfortable areas for conversation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the first week of discussions, Aplus focused less on the structure itself and more on what CarePoint wanted visitors to experience. By the end of January, the design direction was clear: make the brand visible from a distance, but keep the interior comfortable enough for people to stop, read, and talk.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Design Development<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The first 3D concept was developed at the end of January. The final design used an open layout, with a large rear wall carrying the main CarePoint Blue Sky Neurosciences branding, neuroscience-inspired imagery, and structured service information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inside the booth, the space was intentionally left open. Semi-open meeting areas provided different places for conversations, while the reception counter created a natural first point of contact. The combination of deep navy, white, CarePoint’s blue-and-green brand colors, illuminated graphics, and clean structural lines gave the booth a professional healthcare feel without making it look overly clinical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One design element required a little more coordination: the overhead hanging sign<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a 20\u00d720 booth inside a large exhibition hall, wall graphics alone can sometimes disappear into the surroundings. The hanging structure gave CarePoint another visual layer from a distance. But unlike a normal booth wall, a suspended sign involves the venue’s rigging requirements, including the approved hanging location, dimensions, height, weight, and installation procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the design was approved in early February, Aplus coordinated the hanging-sign and electrical requirements with the show team in advance. By the time installation began, the crew already knew what had been approved and where everything needed to go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The booth was also designed to be more than a static display. LED<\/strong> screens <\/strong>were incorporated into the space so CarePoint could combine its professional information with video and other dynamic content. Their positions were adjusted carefully so visitors could watch the screens without blocking the main graphics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Production & Factory Pre-Build<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once the design was approved in early February, production began.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For a 20\u00d720 booth, the work did not stop when the individual components were finished. In mid-March, Aplus fully pre-assembled the booth at its factory<\/strong>. The team rebuilt the complete structure and checked the graphics, lighting, display proportions, and visitor sightlines from different angles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By mid-March, the complete 20\u00d720 booth was pre-assembled at the Aplus factory. The team checked not only the structure and graphics, but also the LED screens, equipment connections, and power requirements. Wiring was routed through the structure and counters wherever possible, with power locations planned in advance so cables would not interfere with the visitor flow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That was particularly useful for CarePoint, whose team was based in Colorado. Instead of waiting until they arrived in Las Vegas, they could review photographs of the actual booth before shipment and see how the finished design looked in three-dimensional space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The booth was delivered on April 1, one day before the show opened<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the current project draft, a small graphic adjustment came up while the team was completing the final setup. With opening day approaching, the project manager confirmed the required change and sent the file back for production while the on-site crew continued working on the remaining details. The replacement graphic was produced and delivered that evening, without affecting the opening schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was a small moment, but it reflects something that often happens at trade shows: some details only become obvious when you are standing inside the finished booth.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the show, CarePoint was pleased with both the final booth and the overall exhibition experience. Throughout the project, the goal remained simple: For a client traveling from Colorado to Las Vegas, make sure there are as few uncertainties as possible when the doors finally open.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
