Senzani 20×30′ Booth: From First Concept to Show-Ready Booth

Teilen:

For PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025, held from September 29 to October 1, Senzani, an Italian packaging machinery manufacturer with more than 70 years of industry experience, prepared a 20×30′ booth to present its packaging technologies. The brief was straightforward: create a booth that was highly visible from the aisle, clearly communicated Senzani’s packaging expertise, and provided enough space for meaningful business conversations.

Around three months before the show, Senzani began working with Aplus on the booth concept. During the initial discussions, the two teams focused on how the 600-square-foot space should work

Design Development (June–July)

Aplus proposed a clean white architectural structure with three visual anchors. The first was the large suspended circular Senzani sign, designed to create strong visibility above the booth. The second was the curved kraft-paper U-Seal wall on the left, which added warmth and gave the booth a distinctive three-dimensional profile. The third was the application wall on the right, featuring coffee beans, pasta, candies and other packaging visuals.

At the center, an LED screen was positioned above the reception counter, while round tables and white chairs created an open meeting environment rather than a closed conference room.

Aplus provided the initial 3D rendering within 48 hours, allowing Senzani to review the visitor flow, furniture placement, graphics, lighting and suspended sign before production.

Technical Coordination Before Production (August–September)

The suspended ring required more than just an attractive design. Aplus coordinated the hanging requirements in advance, confirming the sign’s position and height with the exhibition service team and making sure it aligned with the booth footprint and main visitor sightlines.

Power planning was handled at the same time. The team reviewed the requirements for the LED screen, booth lighting and reception area, coordinated the electrical service and power location, and made sure cables and service points would not interfere with the main visitor flow.

Production & 100% Factory Pre-Build (September)

Once production started, Aplus built the booth in its own factory and completed a full pre-build before shipment in two day. The team checked the curved U-Seal wall, reception counter, LED screen position, graphics, lighting and the relationship between the overhead ring and the floor plan.

This was particularly valuable for a booth with several custom-shaped elements. Any dimensional or graphic adjustment could be made in the factory rather than during the limited installation window in Las Vegas.

Final Technical Check & Show Delivery (September 28)

The suspended sign also required early coordination. Before the show, Aplus worked through the hanging requirements, confirming the ring’s position and height with the exhibition service team. Power planning was handled at the same stage. The team coordinated electrical service for the LED screen and booth lighting and planned power locations so that cables would stay away from the main visitor paths. By resolving these details before arriving in Las Vegas, the installation team avoided having to redesign or improvise on the show floor.

The booth was scheduled to be completed on September 28, one day before the September 29 opening. This gave the team enough time for final cleaning, product placement and technical checks.

Project Outcome

Throughout the show, Aplus remained on standby to support the booth. Senzani was satisfied with both the final appearance and the overall execution experience.
